People often ask us "what's the difference between a psychotherapist and a lifecoach?" The answer we give is simple - action.
A psychotherapist is likely to concentrate their attention on where you have been. A lifecoach will focus on where you are going. Taking little or big steps forward - action - is the only way to move forward. A lifecoach knows that looking at the past is relevant to understanding the big picture of who you are, but it doesn't motivate you to work towards building a new and improved version of yourself or your life. Along your journey, our coaches will empower you to face the past from a place of inner strength while supporting you to take action towards the direction of your future.
